Delivery Policy

We carefully do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders will be shipped within two business days; the order will then be delivered the next day in principle (Sundays and holidays excluded). This is the agreement we have made with our postal company. Occasionally, the postal company fails to deliver your order the next day, due to excessive pressure or force majeure. 

Additionally, it may sometimes be the case that products are temporarily out of stock, which can extend the delivery time of your order. Should we or the postal company for any reason be unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course notify you as soon as possible.

If an order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped as soon as that item is available.

The prices listed for the products on our website are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
