Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the web store are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and in its original state and packaging unopened. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@jyotisflavours.nl. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has been received back in good order.
In no case can Jyoti’s Flavours be held responsible for not respecting the law and regulations in force in the country of receipt. The potential liability of Jyoti’s Flavours is exclusively limited to the value of the product in question, determined according to the date of sale. Jyoti’s Flavours does not guarantee that the use of this website would be free from viruses and/or harmful elements or programs, nor that the links from this website to other websites would be free of viruses and/or harmful elements or programs, and accordingly disclaims all responsibility and damage. The reference (link) to other websites does not imply any endorsement or guarantee (including for the accuracy and completeness of their content, their availability, their being virus-free) with respect to these other websites.
Under the law of September 21, 2004, on the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods, the consumer has legal rights. This legal warranty applies from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial warranty leaves these rights unaffected. To invoke the warranty, the Customer must be able to present a proof of purchase. Customers are advised to keep the original packaging of the goods.
For items purchased online and delivered to the Customer's home, the Customer should contact customer service (info@jyotisflavours.nl) and return the item at their own expense to Jyoti’s Flavours, De Mommers 1, 5581 AK, Waalre.
Upon detection of a defect, the Customer must inform Jyoti’s Flavours as soon as possible. In any case, any defect must be reported by the Customer within a period of 2 months after its detection. After this period, any right to repair or replacement expires.
The (commercial and/or legal) warranty never applies to defects that arise as a result of accidents, neglect, falls, use of the article contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, non-compliance with the instructions for use or manual, modifications or changes to the article, rough handling, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.
Defects that manifest after a period of 6 months following the date of purchase, or delivery as the case may be, are presumed not to be hidden defects, except for proof to the contrary by the Customer.
