Spice mix for Pulled Chicken 3-4 portions
In the package you will find a bag of spice mix for Pulled Chicken and the recipe to make the dish. You have to add this yourself to make Pulled Chicken for 3-4 people:
- 500 grams of chicken thighs
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 stalk celery
- 1 medium onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 red pepper (optional, for a spicy version)
