Jyoti's Flavours cares deeply about your privacy. Therefore, we only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. The starting date for the validity of these conditions is 1/6/2024, with the publishing of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. ​E-commerce Software

 

Our web store is developed using Wix software. Personal data that you provide to us for our services are shared with this party. Wix has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have entered into with them, Wix is obligated to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Wix uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; no personal data are collected and/or stored. Wix reserves the right to share collected data within its own group in order to further improve the service.

We use web hosting and email services from TransIP. TransIP processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. TransIP has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. TransIP is obliged to confidentiality under the agreement.

 

We use the services of TransIP for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible, does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

 

​Payment processors

 

For the handling of a (part of the) payments in our online store, we use the platform of Wix Payments. Wix Payments processes your name, address, and place of residence details, and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Wix Payments has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Wix Payments reserves the right to use your information to further improve its services and, in that context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. All of the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Wix Payments' services for which they engage third parties. Wix Payments does not store your data longer than is allowed under legal terms.

We collect reviews through the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. Shipping and Logistics

 

When you place an order with us, it is our task to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of MyParcel for executing the deliveries. For this purpose, it is necessary for us to share your name, address, and place of residence information with MyParcel. MyParcel only uses this information for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that MyParcel engages subcontractors, MyParcel also makes your information available to these parties.

Billing and accounting

 

For the maintenance of our administration and accounting, we use the services of Twinfield. We share your name, address, and place of residence details and details regarding your order. These details are used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored securely. Twinfield is obliged to confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. Twinfield does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

We keep your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. However, employees will no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have produced in response to your assignment.

If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at the email address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

You always have the right to have the data that we process, which pertains to your person or can be traced back to you, carried out by another party.
